My Regency Year 2006
I lived in a community of three priests and two scholastic brothers. However, the other brother (Quilin) completed his internship around June and went back to Texas, where he proceeded his theological studies. It became a community of four.
During the year one brother (Pius) joined us and later on Fr. Jim Chambers also joined. However the community completely changed by the end of the year.
In my regency, I had a group of men and women/young ladies who were part of my journey. This is what is known as Parish Regency Committee. I meet them regularly.
After spending some time in Lukulu I wrote a Learning Covenant which I had to share with Fr. Singini my regency supervisor and the regency committee.
My regency went well and it was really time of personal growth. I quite managed to achieve what was in my Covenant. Below is a picture of my community members at the beginning.
